The Madison-Bond Workforce Investment Board is composed of 35 leaders representing business, One-Stop partners, labor, education, community based organizations and economic development.
The Madison-Bond Workforce Investment Board has been actively researching local workforce development issues throughout southwestern Illinois along with developing a model One-Stop system. The purpose of the Workforce Board is to ensure synergy between the services offered and the needs of business and industry.
